When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb or postcode, and any details you choose to share about your garden. We may also record how you found our website (for example, an advertising campaign link).

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, provide our gardening services and keep in touch about work you've asked us to do. We do not sell or rent your information.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely with access restricted to Rooted. We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes.

We use basic website analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
